Refund Policy

Short version: no refunds, cancel anytime. Flipline Pro is a month-to-month subscription. If you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing period — you keep what you've already paid for, and we don't charge you again.

How to cancel

Through PayPal: PayPal autopay manager → find Flipline → cancel.
Through us: email support@flipline.app and we'll cancel within one business day.

Exceptions where we will refund

Duplicate billing — if PayPal charges you twice in one month, we'll refund the duplicate.
Service outage — if Flipline is unreachable for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing month, email us for a pro-rata credit.
Mistaken renewal — if you cancelled and PayPal renewed anyway within 24 hours of cancellation, we'll refund that month.

IMEI credit packs

$15 / 100-credit IMEI packs are one-time purchases. Credits don't expire while your subscription is active. Unused credits are not refundable after purchase but remain usable as long as your account is in good standing.

Chargebacks

Please reach out before disputing a charge with your bank or PayPal. Most issues are faster to resolve directly with us, and chargebacks can result in account suspension while we investigate.
