Terms of Service

Flipline is a buy-side pricing terminal for electronics resale shops. It aggregates trade-in and wholesale prices from third-party sources (Atlas Mobile, Gazelle, Apple Trade-In, GameStop) and exposes an IMEI lookup proxy via the Sickw API. Prices and availability are provided as-is; we don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or any particular trading outcome.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 and operate a lawful business to use the Service.

Flipline Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly via PayPal at $29 USD per month. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. The plan includes 100 IMEI lookups per month; additional lookups are available in packs of 100 for $15 USD each.

You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to your account email. Continuing to use the Service after a price change is taken as acceptance.

You agree not to: (a) scrape, redistribute, or resell our data feeds to third parties; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (c) submit IMEI lookups for devices you don't have a legitimate buy/sell interest in; (d) use the Service for unlawful purposes, including trafficking in stolen goods.

Prices displayed are sourced from third parties. Those third parties may change, suspend, or restrict their offerings without notice. We don't control them and aren't liable for their decisions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a chargeback / payment-failure pattern. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email to your account address at least 14 days before they take effect.
